1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sunfawtech.com or using our SaaS products (including GaragePro, Visitor Record, and Sunfaw Lead Management), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscription Model: Our services are provided on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis.
  • Payments: All payments are processed via GoPayFast or direct bank transfer. Subscriptions must be paid in advance to maintain service access.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

3. Partner Program & Lead Management

Our Partner Program is a separate service hosted on our Lead Management platform. By joining as a partner, you agree to the following:

  • Lead Validity: Commissions are only paid on "Successful Leads" (leads that result in a paid subscription).
  • Payouts: Payouts are processed within 7-14 business days via your registered payment method after a lead conversion is verified.
  • Account Integrity: We reserve the right to terminate partner accounts found providing false, spam, or duplicate leads.

4. Use of Services & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to info@sunfawtech.com immediately. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt our software infrastructure hosted on CloudPanel/Hostinger.

5. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. In accordance with Pakistan’s data protection standards, we ensure that sensitive data within the Visitor Record and Lead Management systems is encrypted. We do not sell user data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sunfaw-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software services. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
